Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Clarkston, MI. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing costs. The estimator will also handle budget development, communicate with clients and team members, and ensure all estimates are aligned with project goals. Daily tasks will include reviewing project documents, working closely with project managers, and participating in meetings to discuss project scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Effective Communication skills for client and team interactions
• Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
• Relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with the project team
