READY For Hire, Inc. is hiring: Construction Superintendent in Atlanta

About the Role

We are hiring motivated Construction Superintendents to oversee active projects in both horizontal (sitework, utilities, land development) and vertical (residential and commercial building) divisions. This position requires daily jobsite presence, strong leadership, and the ability to keep projects moving safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily presence on the jobsite and direct subcontractors and crews.
• Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, inspections, and sequencing of trades.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site reviews.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers (Jason/Michael Bevers for horizontal, Titan for vertical).
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of construction field experience (superintendent, foreman, or similar).
• No GC or Utility licenses required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency reading plans, drawings, and schedules.
• Spanish skills a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in the use of construction management software such as Buildertrend is preferred.
