About the Role

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in municipal and industrial projects? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee field operations and ensure project success across safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project mobilization, site logistics, and safety protocols (SWPPP, erosion & dust control, signage, fencing).
  • Oversee daily coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and update schedules (Master & 3-week look-ahead).
  • Track project milestones, subcontractor performance, and permitting/inspection requirements.
  • Drive site safety: conduct pre-installation meetings, weekly safety meetings, and enforce company safety policies.
  • Ensure quality control through drawing reviews, constructability reviews, site walks, pre-punch & final punch processes.
  • Manage onsite documentation, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture—mentor, motivate, and supervise onsite staff.
  • Support client relations, issue resolution, and change management.
  • Assist in proposal development, project interviews, and post-construction closeout.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in municipal or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, permitting, and inspection processes.
  • Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, motivate, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in municipal or industrial construction.
