Superintendent – Underground Civil Construction (Arizona)

We are one of the leading underground civil contractors in Arizona, with a proven reputation for delivering excellence in infrastructure projects. Our work spans storm drains, water, sewer systems, and other critical underground utilities, and we are looking for a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily field operations for underground utility projects.
• Lead crews in the installation of storm drains, waterlines, sewer systems, and other underground utilities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold strict safety and quality control standards on all job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in civil underground construction.
• Hands-on expertise with storm drain, water, sewer, and utility installations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
