We’re partnering with a reputable General Contractor specializing in ground-up multi-family projects across Dallas–Fort Worth. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a reputation for delivering high-quality developments, they’re looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead field operations on ground-up multi-family projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to keep projects on track.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure quality workmanship across all phases.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Owners to deliver on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multi-family projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors effectively and maintain project schedules.
- Proven track record of successful project completions.
