Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate and close roofing sales opportunities
- Perform roof inspections and assess damage
- Present tailored solutions with honesty and clarity
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth client experience
- Stay sharp on roofing systems, trends, and products
- Work with a driven team to exceed goals and celebrate wins
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (roofing/construction a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to safely inspect residential rooftops
- Strong drive for commission-based earnings
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
