Project Manager – Operations & Logistics
Role Overview
The Project Manager serves as the driving force behind strategic organizational projects across multiple departments. This multifaceted role combines high-level logistical planning, global coordination, and event delivery with hands-on involvement in recruiting and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Department Project Coordination:
- Lead and manage complex projects that span several departments, ensuring all milestones are achieved while maintaining communication and strategic alignment across the organization.
- Logistical Planning & Product Delivery:
- Design and execute logistics plans for the seamless delivery of products worldwide. Oversee partnerships with vendors, scheduling, compliance documentation, and full supply chain management.
- Global Clinical Training Coordination:
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate clinical training sessions worldwide. Manage travel logistics, on-site support, documentation, and collaboration with trainers to guarantee smooth delivery of educational programs.
- Event Planning & Execution:
- End-to-end planning and management of corporate events, internal trainings, international workshops, and client summits, including venues, vendors, catering, and technical resources.
- Shipping & Inventory Management:
- Oversee all aspects of shipping—routine and specialized, including regulatory compliance, inventory control, packaging, and carrier partnership management.
- Talent Acquisition, Pre-Screening, & Interviewing:
- Participate actively in the hiring process by pre-screening job applicants, conducting interviews, and assisting with team onboarding. Help build talented, diverse project teams by collaborating with HR and department leaders.
- Stakeholder Relations & Communication:
- Serve as the primary communication link between departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring transparency, progress updates, and swift issue resolution.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track project KPIs, maintain accurate documentation, and provide scheduled reports on progress, risks, and outcomes for operational leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-departmental projects.
- Strong expertise in logistics, event planning, and supply chain management.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable experience in candidate pre-screening, interviewing, and team building.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
