What You’ll Need

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial roofing project management

· Strong technical knowledge across multiple commercial roofing systems

· Proven track record leading diverse teams to successful outcomes

· Ability to manage budgets, P&L, scheduling, and client communications under pressure

· Skilled in balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
