Senior Project Manager

You will manage various projects that will contribute to the delivering of project excellence.

Do you have an Associate or Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline?

Do you have solid experience with commercial and technical ability? Having both is critical for this role?

Do you bring 7-15 years of proven experience?

Green field experience would be a major plus along with a PMP Certification.

See day to day responsibilities:

• Managing large, complex turnkey jobs or multiple projects from pre-booking to customer acceptance for OEMs serving the Metal heavy industry (e.g. Iron Making, Steel Making, Casting, Hot Rolling, Cold Rolling, Processing lines)
• Managing the development of project plans in advance of project activity, assuring effective execution by the Project Team and monitoring the project’s progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan
• Supervising and directing the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects, capable to engage, motivate and keep high the morale of the team, make efficient use of the assigned resources
• Contractual analysis, risk assessment and contract management
• Effective communication and meeting management, conflict resolution
• Knowledge of fundamental project control principles, e.g. accounted and committed costs, earned value, cash flow
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project and upon project completion
