Project Manager – Prefabrication | Appleton, WI

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead prefabrication projects from start to finish in Appleton, WI. This is a new, direct-hire position for someone ready to take ownership of complex projects and make a tangible impact on efficiency and quality in fabrication. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all phases of prefabrication projects, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling
• Collaborate with estimating, project controls, and procurement teams to review bids, prepare estimates, and coordinate materials
• Conduct project kick-offs, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Provide guidance and technical support to project teams, resolve challenges, and implement continuous improvement practices
• Prepare project reports for management and clients, and manage change orders and contract adjustments
• Ensure adherence to ASME and/or AISC fabrication quality programs

Who we’re looking for:

• 5–25 years of project management experience, ideally in prefabrication, piping, or structural fabrication
• Skilled with design and fabrication software (SpoolFab, Tekla/Tekla EPM)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
