Position Overview
This role calls for an Senior Project Manager based in Raleigh, North Carolina to assume P&L and operational responsibility of multiple civil construction projects within a specific region. You will be responsible for driving project success by managing schedules, budgets, and team performance. Collaboration between field and office teams, along with proactive issue resolution, will be essential. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects align with safety protocols and company objectives while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10–15+ years of heavy civil construction experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership or superintendent role
- Proven background managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects (roadways, bridges, utilities, sitework)
- Extensive experience working on DOT projects and managing large-scale infrastructure efforts, ideally with projects exceeding $100M.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
