Key Responsibilities :
- You will be working as part of a global team delivering the next generation of eDiscovery and archiving capabilities. Ideal candidates bring exceptional program/project leadership and strong product ownership skills, consistently delivering measurable results. You will contribute across the full lifecycle—from discovery and planning, through execution and stakeholder engagement, to rollout, support, and continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, critical path and risk mitigation strategies across workstreams to ensure predictable delivery.
- • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle - from initiation and requirements gathering through delivery and post-implementation - ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and regulatory standards. • Serve as the primary liaison for business and technology stakeholders; build strong relationships, proactively manage expectations, facilitate decisions, and ensure alignment on priorities and scope.
- •Align distributed teams and external partners to achieve seamless collaboration, efficient resource utilization, and on-time delivery.
- •Identify, assess, and proactively resolve risks and issues; maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with organizational policies
- • Deliver clear, timely, and tailored updates to diverse audiences, including executive steering committees, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and decisions. • Coordinate & manage dependencies with adjacent platforms and data pipelines. • Plan rollout, enablement, and change management (comms, training, adoption metrics).
- Skills and Experience Essential Skills • Proven leadership managing complex, multi-time-zone delivery across global teams, including effective workload planning and work distribution. For internal use only
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and improve delivery quality and throughput. • Strong hands-on expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement. • Proficiency with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence); expert at writing epics/stories and defining acceptance criteria and DoD. • Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to distill complex topics for diverse audiences, drive consensus, and run effective steering forums. • Deep experience in risk/issue management, dependency handling, and proactive problem solving; comfortable with audit-ready documentation and traceability. • Consistent track record delivering on time and within scope in regulated environments, ideally governance/compliance domains.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $68000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $139,700 per year

Compensation and Benefits:
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
