Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial base build projects ranging from $40M - $100M. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery, including financial forecasting and budgeting, scheduling, general contractor coordination, and client communication. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for building excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction through closeout as an owners rep project manager.
- Track project schedules, project financials and procurement plans for the owner.
- Coordinate general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the general contractor, architects, and consultants for the client.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and company growth.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in commercial base build projects.
- Preference for owner rep/client side experience but also open to Project Managers with a general contractor background.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects exceeding $40M+
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
