Our client, a well-established, growing professional services firm , is seeking a PE-licensed Project Manager to join their Nashville, TN Water Resources Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on stormwater, drainage, and water resources projects while helping grow a multi-discipline engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute watershed studies, stormwater master plans, H&H analysis (1D/2D), and drainage/stormwater management design
- Perform permitting, regulatory compliance, and design/inspection of traditional and innovative LID infrastructure and BMPs
- Oversee multiple projects including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
- Mentor and develop project team members
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and multi-discipline project teams
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license required (state license preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering
- Experience with hydrologic & hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and green infrastructure design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and relevant H&H software
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 (DOE)
