My client is seeking a versatile Project Manager to join their Dallas-based land development team within a well-established civil and environmental consulting firm. With nearly 30 years in business and offices across multiple states, the company is known for delivering complex projects in r etail, commercial, industrial, aerospace, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver commercial land development projects from concept through construction
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Shape the role around your strengths - whether that's client-facing work or technical delivery
• Contribute to long-term growth and leadership succession planning

Ideal Candidate:

• 10-15 years of experience in land development
• BSc Civil Engineering
• PE License in Texas
• Comfortable in a hands-on role with high visibility and impact
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interested in growing into either a technical or business development path
