One of Texas' premier electrical contractors is expanding its Dallas team and looking for a driven professional to manage a diverse portfolio of project's valued around $30 million. What You'll Be Doing: Leading electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met Driving project delivery on time and within budget What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects ($20M+) Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and industry best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, industrial, data center, or commercial Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas (relocation assistance provided) What's On Offer: Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000 Relocation support for out-of-state candidates Long-term career growth with one of the most respected electrical contractors in Texas Access to cutting-edge projects and a collaborative, high-performance team Desired Skills and Experience 5+ years of electrical construction experience in Dallas 5+ years of healthcare, commercial or industrial construction Must be local or willing to travel to Dallas, Texas
