Project Manager - Data Center Construction Job at Metric Geo in Dallas

We are partnered with a Top 25 General Contractor delivering high-profile hyperscale and colocation projects nationwide. They are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join their Dallas team, taking ownership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across large-scale data center builds. Oversee procurement, budgets, and subcontractor scopes for MEP trades Lead BIM coordination and resolve clashes with design/field teams Monitor installation quality, code compliance, and commissioning readiness Work with project managers and superintendents to maintain schedules and budgets Provide technical leadership and solutions to field challenges Ensure safety and QA/QC standards are consistently met 8+ years of experience in MEP management or project engineering roles ~ Strong background in mission-critical or large, technically complex projects; data center experience preferred ~ In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, codes, and best practices ~ Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance ~ Based in Dallas or open to regional travel Opportunity to manage MEP delivery on some of the nation’s largest hyperscale data centers Pipeline of mission-critical projects in Dallas and across the U.
