Lead and manage high-rise and multifamily construction projects up to $150M Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases Participate in contract negotiation and change management Provide strategic oversight and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects Demonstrated ability to manage teams and run complex jobs independently Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk effectively Willingness to relocate to Charleston, SC (relocation support considered on a case-by-case basis)
