Fortress Engineering Group LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and advertising initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who excels in digital advertising, website management, and brand development — and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Manage and improve the company’s website, including SEO, content updates, and performance tracking

• Design and produce marketing materials such as banners, graphics, and brochures

• Develop and schedule social media content to increase visibility and engagement

• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports

• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

• Work with company leadership to support business development and lead generation goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles

• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing

• Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO

• Graphic design ability using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently

• Must be located in or able to commute to Jacksonville, FL (on-site position)
