We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful graphics and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Responsibilities:
• Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital platforms, adhering to established branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and communicate the intended message effectively.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Research emerging design trends and tools to continually improve creative outputs.
• Prepare and deliver final design files in appropriate formats for production or publication.
• Work with external vendors when necessary to ensure the quality of printed materials.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
• Support hiring processes by designing materials related to recruitment initiatives.• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present design ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with both print and digital production processes.
• Knowledge of hiring processes and the ability to design recruitment-related materials effectively.
