Position: Business Systems Analyst
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting project financial management systems. This opportunity offers the chance to lead solution ideation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will be key in ensuring seamless integration across systems and delivering impactful business insights.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead design and testing of system enhancements
- Analyze and present custom reports and dashboards
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Develop and execute test scripts for new releases
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Provide business insights through data analysis
- Collaborate for accurate system integration
- Mentor and guide team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years experience with financial systems
- ERP systems knowledge (Oracle EBS preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL and report development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with EcoSys or Procore
- Exposure to PeopleSoft
