Job Title: Part-time Maintenance Worker/ Porter Location: Elizabeth, NJ Type: Contract Compensation: $18 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Mon, Tues, and Thurs 8AM-4:30PM Responsibilities: Assist with waste disposal, recycling efforts, and routine cleaning tasks throughout the facility. Wipe, sanitize, vacuum, clean bathrooms. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs and able to perform light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, etc. Qualifications: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or porter work preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate to heavy items (up to 40/50 lbs.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
