Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)

Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Shift:

12-hour rotating shifts (7:00am–7:00pm / 7:00pm–7:00am)

ICU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment

ICU RN Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient status, progress, and vital signs

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
