Job Description

A global infrastructure engineering software client is looking for a highly skilled Civil Software Consultant to join their growing team. This individual will deliver expert level knowledge of the company's civil design software to a book of premier customers. They will play an important role in delivering consulting, configuration, and training services, as well as analyzing software users' business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced training, coaching, and configuration services.

Create digital and video learning content and conduct product demonstrations.

Lead technical roles on projects and mentor other consultants.

Collaborate with users and internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a focus on rail or road design preferred

5+ years of industry experience and expert level knowledge of Bentley software (OpenRail/OpenRoads Designer)

Strong communication, presentation, training, and technical skills in site, roadway, and railway design

Flexibility to travel domestically/accommodate client business hours (CT/MT) and work independently on professional services projects
