Job Description (Visible to Supplier): This is a first shift position. Start time can vary from 7:00-8:30 with end time of 3:30-5 depending on start time selected.
Chemistry Laboratory Technician job in Ada, Michigan is available. If you have any experience in a chemistry laboratory, you are encouraged to apply for this position. In this role you will be responsible for handling routine R&D samples, performing testing methods, and reporting on findings.
Chemistry Laboratory Technician responsibilities include: Complete sample testing, data analysis, and work individually or in a team environment. Perform chromatographic (LC & GC) testing, including sample preparation and extraction. Use chromatography software and hardware to perform testing evaluation and data analysis. Other responsibilities could include wet chemistry testing (titrations, pH, etc.) and non-routine test method development and validation. Operate and maintain lab and corresponding equipment in a GLP/GXP lab environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of two (2) years college level related science courses or equivalent work experience. Two years of experience working in a scientific laboratory (Chemistry background strongly preferred). Must be able to produce analytical reports and findings as needed.
