Job Summary

As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling, testing, and inspecting high-quality electro-mechanical systems used in cutting-edge healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities Build, test, and inspect electro-mechanical assemblies to specification. Assemble sub-assemblies and system-level hardware. Perform in-process sub-assembly testing. Complete Device History Record (DHR) documentation. Assemble and test reconditioned hardware as needed. Support packaging functions in Instruments Manufacturing. Maintain compliance with QSR, ISO, EH&S policies. Use hand tools including screwdrivers, torque tools, terminal crimpers, soldering irons. Follow assembly procedures, test procedures, and mechanical drawings. Use basic mechanical inspection tools (calipers, indicators). Operate basic electrical test equipment (multimeters). Support daily manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance. Provide training and participate in workplace risk reduction initiatives. Support internal audits to ensure manufacturing compliance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Experience Previous mechanical or assembly work experience Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical tools High school diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Have Experience Prior work in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments Experience in system-level hardware assembly Required Skills Proficiency with basic hand tools and electrical testing equipment Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Preferred Skills Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems Understanding of compliance frameworks (QSR, ISO, EH&S) Additional Skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong documentation and recordkeeping Benefits
