As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal teams to analyze business challenges, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of effective digital solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder expectations are met and measure the impact of deliverables.Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to validate specifications.
• Support UX and QA teams with prototypes, demos, and test scenarios.
• Present requirements and support agile iterations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to documentation and change management.

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years in digital or software business analysis (B2B preferred). o Skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and data modeling. o Experience in product lifecycle, UX/CX collaboration, and digital channels (web, mobile, apps). • Strong understanding of SDLC, product management, and requirement documentation. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. o Ability to present difficult concepts to an audience in easy-to-understand language and slides.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with global platforms (multi-language/currency). • Familiarity with scanning/mobility solutions. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and change management planning.
