We're searching for a diligent administrative assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for assisting with onboarding and mortgage banking re-certifications. You will be reporting to and assisting an Executive Assistant in her role to support the CEO of the company. You must have a can do attitude with a type A personality. Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
Qualifications
• Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
