11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (12 Hour Days)

Weekend/Holiday:

Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN license (required for MA nursing jobs)

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Current ACLS (AHA), NRP, and BLS (AHA) certifications

must be in hand at time of application Must have own vehicle for travel nurse assignment

COVID-19 vaccination required (dose date on or after 10/3/23) or approved exemption with mask requirement

Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (travel nursing requirement)

Ability to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s, including associated weekends)

all RTO must be submitted with application

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit, including monitoring, assessment, and support during labor and delivery

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

Accurately document all nursing care provided

Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as required

Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols
