Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Assisting in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals. Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, reports, and permits. Identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges during project execution. Providing regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders. Supporting the procurement of materials and services as needed. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
