In this full-time position at our branch located at 11132 Commerce Lane North, Suite 0, Champlin, MN, you will thrive in a collaborative environment where continuous learning and a people-focused mindset are valued. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deepen relationships with existing clients. Gather and analyze suitability information to assist in opening new accounts. Research and evaluate portfolio performance and make strategic recommendations to the financial advisor. Process buy/sell orders as directed by the financial advisor and confirm with clients. Answer client inquiries regarding stock recommendations and account withdrawals. Contribute to team business plans and strategies for improving client experiences. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services or securities industry preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations required; opportunities to obtain registrations provided during the study period. Compliance with ongoing trainings and maintaining required continuing education to keep licenses in good standing.
