opportunities with our global healthcare client, working onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Title:

Clinical Administrative Coordinators Pay: $22.00/hr. to $23.00/hr. (Based on experience) Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Location:

Las Vegas, NV 89128 (Onsite) Contract Duration: 3 months, possible extension

Responsibilities: Manage administrative intake of facilities, provider offices and members Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for clinical coverage review Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with members over the phone.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, customer service, or administrative support role. Experience working in a high-volume call center or healthcare environment strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in handling member and provider inquiries. Ability to work collaboratively with hospitals, clinics, and internal clinical teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in processing referrals, authorizations, and documentation. Ability to triage cases and support clinical staff with documentation setup. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with healthcare systems and software including:Adobe Acrobat, Facets, and Macess. High school diploma or GED.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment. Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
