In this role, you will help shape HR processes across multiple companies. Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain employee handbook, agreements, and HR policies
  • Administer benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Lead onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation programs
  • Coordinate and deliver compliance and workplace conduct training
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in HRIS
  • Conduct interviews and support recruiting efforts
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable HR programs and standardize procedures across companies
  • Assist multiple companies at different stages of HR infrastructure maturity


Qualifications

  • 47 years of HR experience in generalist or business partner roles
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Able to balance hands-on HR execution with strategic advisory responsibilities
  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and HR analytics
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-location environments
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building processes and systems from the ground up
