MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse
for PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital. The nurse will care for general medical-surgical and orthopedic patients, and must have telemetry monitoring experience. Total joint orthopedic experience is required. Hard Start Date:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required Must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms (read strips) Ortho experience (total joints) required Certifications: BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) NIHSS (Required) Required Clinical Skills
IV Therapy & Phlebotomy: Blood Product Administration Central/PICC Line Care Starting and Maintaining IVs Cardiac Monitoring: Dysrhythmia Interpretation & Management Telemetry (on-unit and remote) Rapid Response/Code Team Participation Respiratory: Oxygen Therapy, HFNC, CPAP/BiPAP, Tracheostomy Management Chest Tubes (Emerson/Pleuravac) Medication Management: Heparin Protocols Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips (No titration) PCA Management Specialties: Orthopedic Trauma Peripheral Nerve Block Catheters Total Joint Replacement ?
