Job Position: Forklift Operator

Location: Dallas, TX 75236

Pay Rate: $20.25/hr

Shift: 2nd shift production

Description:

Responsibilities

Pick raw materials, scan to production orders, and deliver to designated areas.
Review and understand inventory reports to ensure product availability.
Communicate with Operations to support daily production needs.
Assist with receiving inbound loads and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.
Support accurate inventories, including assisting with period-end inventory counts.
Scan inbound deliveries and confirm order counts are correct.
Stay self-motivated and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
Follow all GMP and safety policies consistently.
Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as required.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Experience with scanning equipment and pallet jacks preferred.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a team.
Basic computer skills required.
Bilingual skills a plus.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, and sitting.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment

Raw material cooler and shipping dock areas under 40°ree;F.
Freezer conditions under 0°ree;F.
Exposure to wet and humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, extreme cold, and moderate noise.
