Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only Preferred Certifications: ACLS from AHA only Years of Experience: 1 year Med Surg Float Requirements: as needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit Unit Information: Number of Beds: 60 Patient Ratios: 1:5/6 Equipment: Bladder scanner, vein finder, IV pumps, wound vacs EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only Preferred Skillset/Experience: Type of Patients on Unit: Medical Personality Fit: Teamwork, dependable, flexible Dress Code: Scrub Color: Black Any unacceptable attire: anything other than above. Auto Offer Guidelines: Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment Auto Offers are contingent upon facility approval. Offer may be retracted within 48 hours by the facility. Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
