Job Description:
Warehouse position which includes receiving freight in, pulling orders using a forklift, stand up forklift (forks go up, not the person) or an order picker (heights up to 20' in the air, but if candidate is afraid of heights, there are others there that can do this portion of the job), help with customers at the counter (must be friendly), unloading trucks, general warehouse housekeeping and lifting up to 50 lbs. This position could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Qualifications: A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Forklift Operator experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities: Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
Job duties may or may not be aligned with the following positions- Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
