We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Inventory Control Specialist
to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing inventory, and executing critical purchasing and vendor-related processes. Ideal for individuals with a strong command of business systems and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
Job Title:
Inventory Control Specialist
Pay:
$28.50/hr. to $30.00/hr - based on experience
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST or 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM PST
Location:
Redmond, WA
Contract Duration:
1 year, possible extension
Responsibilities:
Ensure data accuracy across tools and processes to support operational effectiveness. Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, vendor communication, fill rates, and resolution of operational issues. Analyze inventory levels and SKU performance to determine replenishment needs. Execute and maintain reports and systems related to purchase orders, in-stock management, and vendor operations. Collaborate across departments and business functions to drive strategic and process improvements. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Inventory Specialist, Associate Planner, Associate Buyer, or SAP user. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with business software. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally. Flexibility and capability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. A team-oriented mindset with a company-wide perspective on operations and development. High school diploma or GED required
