Description: Integrated Marketing Manager Are you a strategic thinker and a tactical doer? In this role, you’ll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional marketing team, helping define strategies and executing compelling campaigns that resonate with our audiences—from technical buyers to industry decision-makers. You'll help us bring our story to life across every channel and customer touchpoint while contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term brand equity. The Integrated Marketing Manager plays a crucial part in shaping and executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will: Operate as both a strategist and executor, taking ownership of integrated campaigns. Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and aligned messaging. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, value-focused content. Champion a customer-centric mindset while remaining data and results driven. Be empowered to solve marketing/advertising problems with creativity and autonomy. What You’ll Do Strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key products and audiences. Develop multi-channel marketing plans (social, email, digital ads, web, and more). Partner with the content and social media teams to develop and manage compelling content (social media, video storyboarding, articles). Leverage tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Monday.com, and more to manage digital asset creation and execution. Lead campaign performance tracking and translate insights into actionable improvements. Work closely with product, sales, and engineering to ensure marketing alignment. What You Bring 3 years’ experience in digital or product marketing with a track record of delivering results. Strong storytelling ability and creative instincts supported by data-driven decision making. A strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, Google’s EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles. Deep curiosity and/or experience in industrial automation or technical B2B marketing. Strong analytical chops—comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Clarity. Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience building messaging frameworks and content for technical audiences. Proficiency in paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Bing) is a plus. A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
