Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift Location:

Up to $39/hour + $6,000 Sign-On Bonus Employment Type:
Full-Time, Third Shift Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant operations during 3rd shift. This role ensures production equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. This position requires the ability to work independently, respond to emergency maintenance calls, and routinely cover weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and sanitation tasks Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related systems Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Collaborate with operations and management to prioritize repair needs Source and requisition parts and supplies for maintenance work Support continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and process reliability Qualifications
Solid troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and facility systems Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, boiler systems, VFDs, and general electrical Working knowledge of PLCs and basic process engineering concepts Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication Able to read and follow written procedures and work instructions Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and personal hygiene (GMP adherence) Must be available for emergency call-ins, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed Preferred Background
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus Why Apply
