VHS is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Surgical.

• Description: Specialty: Cardiovascular surgeryStart Date: 2/1/26Contract Length: 3-6 mo option to extendShift Details: M-F 7a-5p night call 5p-7a Weekend call.Schedule: full time coverage needed. Provider must be able to offer at least 1 week of M-F and call coverage.Name clear required.Work Details: • Amount of coverage needed per month: full time• Patients per day: They will not be responsible for signing in as first call for any patients. Morning rounds typically between 5-10 ICU patients with faculty.• Patient population/age: adults• EMR: epic• Skills required: MUST be proficient in first assisting endoscopic vein harvesting and CABG• No experience with radials necessary• EVH System is currently Vasoview but in the process og going back to Venapax.Practice Setting: • Academic/Training Requirements: • Board Certification: NP must have RNFA• License required: KY license in hand at time of submission required for NPs and PAs • Minimum experience required: o Must have at least 1 recent year experience first assisting in cardiovascular procedures o Must have endoscopic vein harvesting skills o Must be proficient in first assist o Must have Epic experienceCredentialing Timeframe: 120 daysAll inclusive?: No BRs:250/hr450/night call2000/ 24 hr call365/hr call back Shift Info: Day 5x10-Hour 07:00 - 17:00
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
