Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiologist (Internal Medicine Cardiology) for an ongoing inpatient-only locum tenens assignment in Richland, WA. The ideal candidate will have availability for 7 on/7 off coverage, working 7:00 AM 7:00 PM daily with night call coverage after hours during their week on.

Providers must be available for at least two full weeks per month . This role is inpatient-focused with daily rounding , no outpatient clinic.

Schedule & Call:

  • 7a 7p inpatient rounding, followed by night call

  • 7 on / 7 off rotation preferred

  • Must be available minimum 2 full weeks/month

  • Overtime: Paid for work exceeding 12 hours/day

Setting:

  • Inpatient only

  • EMR: Epic

  • No telehealth

  • No outpatient clinic responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Inpatient Cardiology (Required )

  • Non-invasive Cardiology (Required )

  • Echocardiography (Required )

  • STEMI management (Required )

  • Board Certified in Cardiology

  • Licensed in WA or IMLC eligible

Preferred Skills:

  • TEE (Transesophageal Echo)

  • Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, Thallium, etc.)

  • ICU experience

  • Invasive diagnostic skills (preferred, not required)
