The dental assistant role requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, with opportunities for growth. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a flexible thinker, a great communicator, and passionate about dentistry and patient care. One year of experience as a dental assistant is ideal. Completion of an accredited dental assistant program, CPR certification, experience with OpenDental software, and Dexis digital x-ray is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily duties include working chairside with the dentist on a wide variety of cases
• Sterilization and iTero Scan and Invisalign records
• Patient education
• General oversight of appointments to ensure punctuality
• Flexibility and proactive thinking to support clinical and practice success

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a dental assistant (ideal)
• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
• CPR certification
• Experience with OpenDental software
• Dexis digital x-ray experience

JobType: Full-time

Salary: Ranging from $32.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 8:45 a.m.-6:30 p.m., and one or two Fridays a month as needed.
