Salary: $17 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be essential to our operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records, coordinating schedules, producing reports, and answering phones. You'll be the go-to person for inquiries and clerical tasks, helping us stay organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative role
• Data entry experience
• Great communication and phone skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with general office equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new programs
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Experience in the construction industry and bilingual fluency are a plus.

Day-to-Day

This is a full-time office position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
