Role: Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

Location: Honolulu, HI

This is a full-time on-site role. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The Technician will perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues, perform on-site assessments for potential future customers, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales, property maintenance, equipment repair, and mechanical knowledge. Compensation will be based on the technician’s experience and work ethic, with incentives available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on-site
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Perform on-site assessments for potential future customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
• Apply knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC maintenance & repair, HVAC sales, and HVAC preventive maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and sales
• EPA certification is required
• HVAC system installation experience is required
• HVAC sales experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
