Overview

Data Analyst role at Spectrum. You’ll manage specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. This role is part of the Business Planning team that supports planning and forecasting for Customer Operations, delivering financial and operational insights to support decision-making and an excellent customer experience.

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Base pay range

$73,080.00/yr - $117,240.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Produce reports, ad hoc requests, and dashboards to provide insights on operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage data and reporting to support management in resource optimization across departments or lines of business.
  • Develop, capture, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
  • Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and implement data quality improvements and perform quality data audits and analyses to ensure deliverable reporting requirements are met.
  • Create and maintain report forms, dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information resources.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience of 2 years or more.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team; strong problem-solving skills to identify business problems and opportunities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication.
  • Schedule: Hybrid schedule (Four in-office days weekly).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
  • Knowledge of regression and statistical analysis; working knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling.
