Job Details

Schedule: 5:00am – 1:30pm (with overtime and weekends required). Base pay range: $21.49/hr – $27.80/hr. Pay range may include a bonus structure dependent on role and location.

What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system
• Build displays and promotional items per instructions and schedule
• Maintain and organize back rooms; prepare for return any product unfit for sale
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance (not responsible for transporting products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
