Production Operator Nights - $20.28/hour; $3/HR shift premium; $1,000 Sign On Bonus

What You’ll Do For Us
- Perform production activities for equipment setup, clean-ups, packaging filling and labeling, maintenance, and other operational duties.
- Utilize Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to keep production areas clean, swept, mopped, and scrubbed; clean equipment, floors, walls, and ceilings as required.
- Visually inspect all incoming materials and report non-conformances; visually inspect finished goods, make minor corrections, and report non-conformances.
- Perform essential job functions affecting quality according to quality system procedures and work instructions.
- Run multiple machines, including fillers, cappers, robots, and casing equipment; perform line inspections and quality checks; complete required documentation accurately.
- Properly and consistently run all packaging equipment and occasionally provide relief for other operators as assigned.
- Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
Qualification & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have prior experience as a Production Operator.
- Good math and communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Experience with operator control panels or ability to learn; prior knowledge or ability to run automated casing equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown; understand machinery and conveyor controls.
- Ability to identify line problems and non-conforming product, and to implement corrective actions.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing during operation.
- Valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely.
- Ability to work a 10.5-hour shift with unpaid lunch and overtime as required.

Pay Range: $46,800 – $57,200. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits is offered dependent on the position.
