We are seeking a talented recruiter who will support attracting and hiring Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Customer Care representatives, at scale.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.39 - $35.60/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

- Participate in the build-out of innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Customer Care Advisors, and other niche roles within Health Services
- Manage multiple pipelines across a variety of locations
- Meet hiring goals and effectively communicate risk
- Analyze results to make recommendations to improve candidate experience and optimize standard operating procedures
Education/Experience:
- HS diploma needed
- Bachelor's (preferred, but not required)
