The Corporate Recruiter - Manufacturing is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our manufacturing operations and corporate functions. This role partners closely with plant leadership, HR, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop proactive recruiting strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, production, engineering, supply chain, and support roles across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networks, and community partnerships.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a professional and positive experience.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools to manage requisitions, track candidates, and report on hiring metrics.
  • Lead or support recruitment marketing efforts to strengthen the employer brand within the manufacturing industry.
  • Build partnerships with technical schools, trade programs, and universities to develop early talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, workforce dynamics, and hourly recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or operations roles.
  • Prior involvement in diversity recruitment initiatives or community outreach programs.
  • Knowledge of employment branding, campus recruitment, or workforce development strategies.
